Engineering & Consultation
Dunaway delivers engineering services for new installations, press retrofits and modernization and can incorporate both AutoCAD and MaterCAM systems. We also offer on-site consultation services to determine if modifications may be needed to existing facilities. These include modifications to general building structure, foundation, electrical supply and suggestions to improve the production capacity and performance of existing units.
Press Moving, Rebuilding, & Modernization
To update and improve the performance of existing machinery, Dunaway provides complete rebuilding and modernization services for presses and handling equipment.
Field Services
Dunaway provides complete field services for conversions, rebuilds and systems. We also are able to assist with removing or installing new and used extrusion press lines.
Emergency Breakdown Services
We also handle emergency breakdown services. When a breakdown situation arises and there seems no way to get production at full swing … that’s when you should call Dunaway. No matter what your extrusion needs are, you can count on Dunaway to help!
